Tanner Hopkins This album has a really long name. Y'know what else it has? Some kickass chip-punk tunes.

The first track jumps right in with the awesome melding of chiptune and wailing guitars, with a vocalist m who has just the perfect balance between yelling, singing, and having an argument (just listen you'll see what I mean).

Above all, the lyrics are wonderfully creative and well-written. The lyrics alone could be poetry themselves, but the music they accompany brings together a tight package of punk and chip that I will be listening to for the rest of my days. Favorite track: Scott of the Antarctic (Or Rather: The Story of the Story of Everest).

Track Name: Scott of the Antarctic (Or Rather: The Story of the Story of Everest)
You're old, you're old, you're old, you're old
you're so fucking old and I'm telling
jurassic, thirassic, murassic
oh I give up, it's not worth the spelling
I climbed your face
I climbed your spine
I reached the base
I spent some time
An avalanche of shit
that's it, I quit
This couldn't be what we had in mind
You are an iceberg
You are an iceberg
You're colder inside the outside
Than you are in the center
You are an iceberg
These aren't nice words
You're melting away, cold liquid decay
Except 3 months in the winter
I am the first adventurer
to explore your recesses uncharted
Now I return, I have been spurned,
hypothermic and, oh, brokenhearted
Frostbitten and battered,
Clothing in tatters,
My hero's pride buried in snow
And it didn't even matter
My colleagues at the Adventurers Club
Laugh me to the street at the failure I've become
We got our biggest tools
We drilled, drilled, drilled, yeah
We drilled straight into you
To find your source, your icy heart
We made a me-sized hole,
I ventured in, to the deep and boundless cold
beheld there was nothing to behold.
Track Name: Live Together, Die Alone
And maybe now I see your short arms can't be put around me
And maybe now I wish when I was lost you hadn't found me
Oh no

And maybe now your scrapes and cuts are bleeding you to empty
and like a sieve your insides out are showing far too quickly

Everybody thinks I'm crazy
"His brain is dying
Maybe he's just getting lazy
He gave up trying"
Oh no, oh no, it's crashing down again

And this might not be my goodbye
And this might not be regret
But if you wonder
if I wish that things were different,
yeah, you bet

Maybe now I'm livin' the good life
But I'd trade it all back in
I'd keep '06 on repeat
So we could do it all again

'07 it started showing
'08 I put off knowing
'09, '010, oh not again
'11 broke my will to live

Cause I can take it
Yeah I can take it
And I can take it
But I can't take it forever

He ran so hard he could barely breathe
last place in a one man race
for a stupid dream

She cried so hard that she couldn't move
paralyzed from her knees to her eyes
destined to lose
Track Name: The Constant Amputee (The Black Knight Always Triumphs)
Hospital visit heart attack
Couldn't find one so they sent me back
I broke my back, I broke my spine
And my bed is empty and I may never be fine
Sing sad sack words to disinterested girls
Go home alone and drink to her
I'll go under the knife
Stupid limbs can't seem to steer this life
Keep cutting til I come out right
When you're the worst
how do you get better?
I'll make myself lesser than ever
Cut me down until we fit together
No guts, no brain, empty confusion
Just worthless veins, failed blood transfusions
My good intentions and honest trying
Left me godless, full of sawdust, and painfully pining
On a couch in an office spreading myself open
Lost plus lonely times vicious equals fucking hopeless
Arms and legs
This sick appendage
Will be suspended
If you're offended
If I remove the bad parts
Will you give me your heart?
We can get a good start
Arms and legs
Track Name: Sealab 2020 Too
If you're looking for me
you better check under the sea
That is where you'll find me
Underneath the
Sealab underneath the water
Sealab at the bottom of the
See how long I hold my breath
And live among the hammerheads
In a waterbed I sleep
When I'm living in the deep
I'll be down here a while,
Living my waterlogging style
Underneath the
Sealab underneath the water
Sealab at the bottom of the
Where there is no light at all
The sea life gently calls
Please don't try to find me
I'll be underneath the
Sealab underneath the water
Sealab at the bottom of the sea
